Irakli Kobakhidze: Peace and economic growth drive Georgian Dream’s high rating

Irakli Kobakhidze, head of the election staff of the ruling party Georgian Dream, attributed the party's high rating to two key factors: the maintenance of peace and the country's rapid economic growth. Speaking during the presentation of the party's election program, Kobakhidze emphasized that a special focus will continue to be placed on economic development.

He expressed gratitude to the honorary chairman of the party, Bidzina Ivanishvili, current chairman Irakli Gharibashvili, and all members of the political council for their role in shaping and approving the election program.

"We often talk about the fact that we have a historical maximum in terms of rating, and this is mainly due to two factors: the first is that, despite the most difficult challenges, peace is ensured in our country, and the second main factor that leads to the high rating of "Georgian Dream" is the rapid economic Growth, which has distinguished our country in the last 3-4 years”, Kobakhidze said.

Kobakhidze highlighted that peace has been preserved in Georgia despite significant challenges, and that economic growth over the last 3-4 years has been a key factor in the party’s popularity. He noted that further economic development will be prioritized in order to improve social conditions and strengthen Georgia’s foreign policy standing.

"Special emphasis will be placed on economic development, as the country’s progress in all directions is closely linked to the strength of the economy," he said.
