The chronology of events and the chain of decisions of Gakharia easily prove that he is no different from ordinary members of collective agency. He also receives assignments from common bosses and obeys without a word - how did it happen that he was promoted from the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the Prime Minister? The answer is not simple, although we can consider this as a kind of tribute paid to the owners of Gakharia, - the executive secretary of "Georgian Dream" Mamuka Mdinaradze said at the briefing.
According to him, Giorgi Gakharia, while holding key positions in the "Georgian Dream" government, repeatedly tried and deliberately damaged the image of the government, which he did in accordance with the task received from outside the country.
"Unexpectedly, he rushed into nightclubs to arrest drug dealers, where he did not find them. Instead, the government and the police were found guilty. Then, he apologized to the protesters in the name of the police and damaged the image of law enforcement officers. In Pankis, where the construction of the necessary hydroelectric power station for the country was to begin, the special forces and the population deliberately confronted each other in such a way that it was the special purpose squad that was insulted, which was the specific task given to it. Also, he conducted a special operation in Mestia without agreement with the relevant persons, the people were surrounded by police force, and if it were not for the quick response of other government representatives, the conflict would have ended with casualties. Here too, Gakharia's main goal was to discredit the police in the eyes of the population. One of the most serious of Gakharia's treacherous steps is the Chorchana incident, which was not immediately noticed by the "National Movement" and their TV channels. So that the matter was not agreed with any member of the team, with the relevant authorities, to be more precise, a police checkpoint was set up near the occupied territory, in accordance with the instructions of the owners, at the dividing line. With this, he organized an unheard-of provocation, which was followed by the harshest response from the Russian side: they opened three times as many checkpoints, took an even larger area, the people of the village of Chorchana lost the forest they used, the state suffered reputational damage. However, the main purpose of the provocation was to artificially provoke a new armed confrontation, which, most likely, could escalate into a large-scale war. We can consider this action as a mini-model of probable provocation, which he will definitely do if he gets into trouble with the government. A key moment was the events of June 20, when the police deployed in front of the parliament in such a way that a confrontation with aggressive protesters was inevitable, which was followed by the use of rubber bullets. The main task for Gakharia here was to discredit the government and the police, which he did successfully at that stage," said Mamuka Mdinaradze.
According to Mdinaradze, the decision to promote Gakharia from the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the Prime Minister was particularly important for the "Georgian Dream" team, because Gakharia left the Ministry of Internal Affairs, whose reputation was purposefully destroyed by targeted provocations.
"Obviously, a person will have a question - if all this was done by one man, if he was harming the state in such a way, how did it happen that he was promoted from the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the Prime Minister?" The answer is not simple, although we can consider it as a kind of tribute paid by us to the owners of Gakharia. However, this decision was especially important for the "Georgian Dream" team, because Gakharia resigned from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The system, which should be the face of the country, was purposefully destroying its reputation with the above-mentioned targeted provocations. It should also be noted that such forces supported Gakharia, if not then, our team is still accountable to these forces and we try our best, despite everything, not to enter into a deep conflict with them", Mdinaradze noted.
According to him, after Giorgi Gakharia resigned from the Prime Ministership because of the then chairman of the "National Movement", Nikanor Melia, the public clearly saw that Gakharia's task was to overthrow the government.
"He had to show that state institutions were completely broken. The Ministry of Internal Affairs should not have enforced the law, that is, it should not have arrested Nikanor Melia. Gakharia hysterically demanded 2 days, the same period that Saakashvili needed to sneak into the country by ferry before the 2021 parliamentary elections. Fortunately, the plan of Gakharia and his patrons was not only deciphered, but it was also possible to prevent this plan and avoid provocation," said Mamuka Mdinaradze.
Mamuka Mdinaradze called on the public, once again, to remember and analyze the facts listed by him regarding Gakharia and Khazaradze.
"Saakashvili, Gvaramia, Khazaradze and Gakharia are agencies managed from one hand. Therefore, even though at least two of them are most likely to fail to cross the threshold, people should know that every single vote given to any of these four agency parties, without exaggeration, is not only creating a grave danger to our peaceful and dignified tomorrow, but also to the very existence of the country.
To sum up, it should be said that if Saakashvili and his team were slowly put to work by the bosses and committed a lot of brutal crimes, all this happened in front of Gakharia and Khazaradze. They know very well what serious tasks they will receive and accept, although the bad experience of the past is not an obstacle for them. Therefore, both of them present a much greater danger to Georgian society today than the old wing of the "National Movement" which has been deciphered for everyone. One of the first and main tasks will be to wash away the criminal past of the "National Movement" and, to put it in jargon, to "break" them legally," said Mamuka Mdinaradze.
