He introduced the "Strong Georgia" program - "Ilia's Way" to the citizens and talked about what the coalition did to prepare for the meeting on October 26, 2024.

He appealed to the citizens that their role is crucial.

"A few months ago, we decided to unite all our forces, not to start thinking about a coalition after the elections, but before that to start building a coalition and show our voters how different political forces can find a common language around a common goal, a common program. We, the "lelo" party, Ana Dolidze's "People's Party", Aleko Elisashvili's "Citizens" and "Freedom Square" under the leadership of Levan Tsutskiridze, united to form a large coalition "Strong Georgia", which was joined by the fourth president of Georgia, Giorgi Margvelashvili. We argued a lot, discussed a lot and created a program called "Ilia's Way". Yes! Why is there so much unstable news in our country, why are there so many things that scare us all the time? Because we have never had a stable line that expresses our national aspiration, spirit and the spirit that is in Georgia and that Ilia left us 150 years ago. Ilia was killed 117 years ago, but his idea was not killed.

Then there was the Soviet Union, then there was the revolution, which destroyed our entire elite, then there was the emergence of the national movement, the national movement in which Samegrelo played a decisive role, and then stagnation again, a small emergence and violence again because we kept forgetting the line that Ilia called the line. In his speech, the leader of "Strong Georgia" also spoke about the importance of strengthening self-government and noted that real self-government should begin in the country so that the country develops equally.

"A few kilometers away, in Tsalenjikha, we managed to establish the world academy of Juventus, in Zugdidi it is possible to bring huge names. If we managed to open an IT school in Tsalenjikha, which is the future profession of our children, innovation technologies, such schools should be in every municipality.. If we managed to create a coalition for the last 30 years in one municipality, we should transfer this power to each municipality: You have to decide on the spot what you need, how you need it, what investment, how to spend money, what kind of investor to attract, etc.

Real self-government should start in the country so that the country develops evenly and Tbilisi does not become some kind of self-governing conglomerate," said Khazaradze.

In addition, Mamuka Khazaradze introduced the visions of the country's economic development to the citizens and talked about the Russian influence.

"I want to tell you the following, in the next 13 days, we all must manage to convey our voice to each person around us, because we must save ourselves from the Russian influence that reigns in the country.

37,000 Russian companies were created in the last two years. You know, I come from business and I am in favor of free business, but when 37,000 Russian companies are created, Russians who do not have any visa regime imposed upon entering Georgia, when everyone in our neighborhood has the right of residence after one year, they buy the lands that The priority should be Georgians and our citizens, jobs are occupied, I am in favor of it if it is regulated normally, but when it is not regulated normally, when 20% are occupied, when 117,000 people have left the country and their place is taken by people who a few kilometers away, our country was crushed, there is a serious policy to be implemented there. That's why we will definitely fulfill the points of our "Ilia Road" which will reduce the Russian influence in Georgia", said Khazaradze.

In addition, Mamuka Khazaradze promised the population that the fulfillment of 9 points will be the main task of his coalition, so that the country can quickly join the European Union."

Khazaradze spoke about the part of his coalition's program that deals with pensions."According to our plan and our main message is that once and for all the state decides the fate of our pensioners. The fate of our parents, grandmothers and grandfathers, who worked on the streets during the national movement, prayed for us to be independent, and today the state has abandoned these people. What is their choice today? Or they should choose food or medicine within 315-350 GEL. This is incredible. Old age has become a sentence in Georgia. We have to change that. This is not the promise of a political party, it is the primary concern of each of us statesmen. We will also grow old, we will become pensioners, and when we find that the state does not care about our fate, why did we not do something at the time, we will say so. That's why the 1000 GEL pension we are talking about is absolutely real, because in Georgia, where the turnover of the entire business is 240 billion, and 63 billion of it is gaming and online casinos, about 1/3 of this business is only 200 million. This is a disaster. I'm not saying that you should tax in such a way as to drive any business out of the country, but fair taxation is necessary. We have the resources to fairly tax the business that does not generate revenue and is a toy, which at the same time lays the foundation for many troubles. "We should not give anyone in this country the right to pocket the budget collected by our taxes," Khazaradze added.

He also appealed to public officials, Khazaradze promised that political influence and revenge will end in this country."Here I want to say, I give a full guarantee to all civil servants and workers who are in the public sector today, honest, conscientious people, that political influence and revenge will end once and for all in this country.
