It is time for sanctions to be imposed on Bidzina Ivanishvili, - the German MEP and spokesperson of the "European People's Party" on foreign affairs, Michael Galer, writes on the social network.

"It is time to impose sanctions on those responsible for repression against political opponents and civil society in Georgia. The godfather of this "reorientation" should be Bidzina Ivanishvili at the top of the list. Also, the executive body of the European Union should take a close look at President Zelenskyy's list," writes Michael Galler.

For information, Ukraine imposed sanctions on Bidzina Ivanishvili and 18 other persons.
