The Georgian national team defeated Armenia 6:1 in the second leg of the UEFA Nations League play-off match and retained its place in Division B.
The goals in today's match were scored by: 1:0 Aroiani (auto-goal, in the fourth minute), 2:0 Mikautadze (14th minute), 3:0 Chakvetadze (23rd minute), 4:0 Kiteishvili (27th minute), 5:0 Mikautadze (35th minute), 5:1 Sevikian (48th minute), 6:1 Kvaratskhelia (63rd minute).
In the first match, the Georgian national team defeated Armenia 0:3 in Yerevan. Thus, the Georgian national football team, after winning the two-match "play-off" against Armenia, has retained its place in the UEFA Nations League Division B. Friendly matches will be held in June, and from September the Georgian team will participate in the World Cup qualifying stage.
