Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze met with Hussain Sajwani, founder of DAMAC Properties, one of the largest investment companies.

According to the Prime Minister’s press service, the meeting focused on Georgia’s high economic growth rates and the successful operations of major investment companies from the United Arab Emirates in the country.

The press service also emphasized the favorable business environment in Georgia and investment opportunities, particularly in the hospitality and real estate sectors, as well as the potential for investment and the growth dynamics of the tourism sector. Mutual interest in future cooperation was expressed.

“The DAMAC Group is a leading hotel and real estate developer in the Middle East, operating in 15 countries with annual revenues exceeding USD 4 billion. The company employs over 4,000 people.

The meeting was attended by Mariam Kvrivishvili, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development; Paata Salia, Minister of Justice; and Levan Zhorzholiani, Head of the Government Administration,” the statement said.
