We know who Rasa Yukneviciene is, what standards she has. Accordingly, the document she is to publish is absolutely not interesting, - Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze stated while speaking about the draft report of the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee.
As Kobakhidze told journalists, there is simple coordination in the European bureaucracy, the aim of which is to harm Georgia's national interests.
"As for Rasa Yukneviciene, talking about objectivity here is completely inappropriate, we know who Rasa Yukneviciene is, what standards she has. Accordingly, the document she is to publish is absolutely not interesting. There is simple coordination in the European bureaucracy, the aim of which is to somehow harm our national interests, however, we see that they are unable to succeed," - Kobakhidze stated.
For information, a report on Georgia will be presented to the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee today. The report will be presented by the European Parliament's standing rapporteur, Rasa Jukneviciene. According to the draft, the report reflects the fact that "the democratic backsliding in Georgia has further intensified." The draft report notes that the Georgian Dream continues a systematic campaign against the European Union, officials and diplomats.
