Within the framework of the visit of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, meetings between Ilham Aliyev and the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, are also planned, both in a face-to-face and expanded format, after which the leaders will make joint statements to the media.

Within the framework of the state visit to Georgia, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan will lay a wreath at the Heroes' Memorial in Heroes' Square and will also pay tribute to the memory of the national leader of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev.
