Nika Gvaramia – I don’t care if they'll arrest me or not - as for Mikheil Saakashvili's statement, I'm tired of hearing things about the Gilauri, let him take care of the National Movement and what's happening inside himself

I'll tell you honestly, I don’t care if they'll arrest me or not, - Nika Gvaramia, one of the leaders of the Opposition Alliance, told journalists before the start of the hearing of the so-called sabotage case.

As he explained, there is no evidence against him in the case.

"When there are two women in prison, one has been blinded and the other cannot move, I'm talking about Mzia Amaglobeli and Elene Khoshtaria, who is a mother of four children, I think they are also arresting the third woman - Mariam Mekantsishvili, a mother of one child; it is not a big deal if men will also be arrested, it doesn't matter, we will endure. What is happening in the country is shameful, first of all, the silence of Georgian men and even the "talking". As for the processes, they don't have witnesses in the case against me, I don't know what to listen to, what to wait for, I have too many things to do," Gvaramia said.

He also responded to Mikheil Saakashvili's statement, which was directed at specific politicians.

"I'm tired of hearing things about the Gilauris, Mikheil Saakashvili talks like Gilauri was not his prime minister, as if the National Movement did not have negotiations with Gilauri, as if he was not their financier for the pre-elections, it is no longer possible to hear this. Yesterday, I wrote a status, until now I was responding to attacks, now I will not respond to attacks either, I'm tired. Let him take care of the National Movement and what's happening inside himself As for the Alliance, the Alliance is not one party, nor a unified list, the alliance is a working format, people may participate in it or not, it is up to them," Gvaramia said.
