You spoke about treason and annexation, yet you could not even utter a word or make a statement - this is exactly a betrayal of national interests. Before making any statements, you should reflect on the path you have taken and the path you are currently on.

Mr. Irakli, in 2029, in the textbook ‘Constitutional Law,’ you wrote that Article 78 of the Constitution obliges all constitutional bodies to align every political step with integration into the European Union and NATO. Moreover, you wrote that any public statement by the President or Prime Minister that contradicts this could even be grounds for impeachment. However, in 2024, as Prime Minister, you stated: ‘We have decided that until the end of 2028, we will not place the issue of opening negotiations with the European Union on the agenda.’ Which Irakli Kobakhidze should we believe - the 2019 constitutional scholar for whom such a step would be grounds for impeachment, or the 2024 Prime Minister? Today, as a Doctor of Law, if you were working on the same legal case, would you reach the same legal conclusion about your own actions?

My second question: you speak about multi-vector cooperation, yet the Constitution of Georgia recognizes only one strategic foreign vector - European and Euro-Atlantic integration. Please clarify: is the strategic partnership agreement signed with China only economic in nature, or is it a political alliance? Of course, we acknowledge that economic partnership is important. But if it is a political partnership, then how are you replacing the United States - a country that for decades has been the main guarantor of our defense capabilities and sovereignty - with a state that has never supported resolutions in international forums, including the UN, regarding the return of our occupied territories and refugees? What is the rationale behind this radical shift in foreign policy if you do not have a firm guarantee that China will support Georgia’s de-occupation policy on the international stage? By what logic are you replacing a proven strategic partnership and security architecture with a partnership of uncertain political outcome?
