Mikheil Saakashvili: A large part of the opposition has become similar to the “Kots” (Georgian Dream supporters) because they lack sincerity; they no longer even dare to use the word “dictator” and have the same desire as Ivanishvili - and perhaps even more - for me to shut up, but I will not be silent

A large part of the opposition has partially become similar to the “Kots” - they no longer even dare to use the word “dictator,” and therefore they have the same desire as Ivanishvili, and perhaps even stronger, that I should shut up, - Georgia’s third president Mikheil Saakashvili writes on social media.

According to him, a large part of the opposition lacks sincerity and transparency, just like “Georgian Dream.”

Saakashvili writes that he will not be silent and will use every available platform - both in the world and in Georgia.

“Today, Inga Grigolia’s ‘Reaction’ will air my first extensive interview, in which you will learn many new things, and I will also talk in detail about my vision of our struggle. I will describe the great dangers without holding back my tongue, and I will also speak about the local politics.

The main problem with the political process in Georgia is that a large part of the opposition has partially become similar to the ‘Kots,’ because, like the ‘Kots,’ they lack sincerity, transparency, and use double standards. This explains one period of completely unacceptable enthusiasm for Salome Zurabishvili, who was initially appointed president because of the active campaign she conducted in Europe, accusing Georgia of starting the war, and whose presidency was imposed through violence (for which Ia Kerzaia was sacrificed), bribery, and falsification.

Also, today a part of the opposition claims that the ‘National Movement’ and my statements are the ones destroying unity. That is, I am hindering their unity with Ivanishvili’s pockets, the Gilaurs, and oligarchs in general, with all the Bokeria-types who carry out any order, and that is why they cannot attack the dictatorship more sharply. By the way, they no longer even dare to use the word ‘dictator,’ and therefore they have the same desire as Ivanishvili - and perhaps even stronger - for me to shut up. But I will not be silent and I will use every available platform both in the world and in Georgia. It’s good that many people listen. Watch Inga Grigolia’s show!” Saakashvili writes.
