According to Papuashvili, the behavior of the members of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly is proof that the rules-based international order no longer exists.

“The fact that the rules-based international order has been violated is confirmed not so much by the fact that new wars are starting, but by the fact that international organizations have become instruments of political wars, and we are observing this, including on the example of Georgia, on various such platforms, when such organizations are being misused for certain political revenge. It is unfortunate that these organizations allow such political groups to be weapons in their hands.

In fact, we see that those organizations whose goal was to promote and encourage peace and cooperation have today become initiators of the creation and dissemination of false narratives, incite conflicts and take steps against the sovereignty of countries.

Today, this decision of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly once again revealed that such organizations have no perspective without a deep and comprehensive reset and they are becoming a common tool for political intrigue and political revenge.
