As for relations, what other countries will study in relation to Georgia, that's their business, let them study whatever and however they want. We cannot interfere in their analysis and research, it is their right, just as we study what interests other countries have in relation to Georgia," Papuashvili added.

The Speaker of the Parliament also explained that the Georgian government has two main tasks: "unification of the country and increasing the well-being of the population."

"We are open to all relations that will contribute to this. As soon as we see that there is a call for issues that prevent the restoration of the country's integrity, for example, when Brussels pushes us to escalate with Russia, we will not do this. We cannot put the restoration of our territorial integrity at risk for the sake of Brussels, and we certainly cannot follow their political agenda. Brussels is less concerned about the future of Georgia, so we should not act according to their agenda," Papuashvili said.
