“Georgian Dream” is a corrupt, criminal regime that allocates government positions not according to the needs of the people, but based on personal well-being, Lasha Parulava, a member of the United National Movement, said, commenting on Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili’s announcement that the position of State Minister for Regional Policy would no longer be created.
According to Lasha Parulava, this is clear confirmation that “Georgian Dream” cares only about its own well-being and power.
“This is a specific example: when Mamuka Mdinaradze was one of them, they created a cabinet for him in the government so that he could secure his own well-being at the expense of the Georgian people. Now Mdinaradze is no longer there, and the corresponding ministry will no longer exist. This is yet another clear confirmation that ‘Georgian Dream’ cares only about itself, its own well-being, power, and income, and not about the Georgian people or their needs. If there is anyone who needs to be removed from our country, it is precisely the ‘Georgian Dream’ regime,” Lasha Parulava said.
For reference, according to Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili, the position of State Minister for Regional Policy will no longer be created.
The Parliament Speaker also noted that discussions are underway about merging the Ministry of Regional Development with the Ministry of Infrastructure.
