The campaign related to Gareji, the other campaigns that are conducted through the black-dark media, has only one assessment - these are anti-state actions that must receive an appropriate response, - this was stated by Georgia’s Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze in response to a journalist’s question.

According to him, there were countless problems, including those related to corruption, and no one can cover these problems up with fake campaigns.

“Signs of a commissioned campaign are clearly visible here. These campaigns are entirely built on falsehood, including the campaign that is related to the Gareji issue. Everyone who is even slightly familiar with such issues understands very well that decisions on such topics cannot be taken non-transparently, especially against the background that every act of the Government of Georgia is transparent, every act is published. Despite this, specific people, a specific media outlet tried to stir up a campaign in connection with such a topic, which is very sensitive from a state point of view. Accordingly, all of this testifies to the anti-state nature of the commissioners and the executors of this campaign. It is very regrettable when such events develop in our country,” - Irakli Kobakhidze stated.

To the question of who might be considered the commissioner of such campaigns, the Prime Minister noted that he does not have a specific fact, but who later gave a political coloring to this campaign organized in the media, “everyone saw this very well.”
