“Everyone except Bidzina! Courage, uniting around Georgia, and doing whatever we can. That is the solution! Fear must be overcome!” - Levan Khabeishvili, one of the leaders of the United National Movement, writes in a letter sent from prison.

Khabeishvili says that the only unequivocally unbroken, undefeated team of patriots is the United National Movement.

According to him, if Georgia’s third president, Mikheil Saakashvili, were free for 7-10 days, the Georgian people would achieve an unconditional victory.

“Say whatever you want, but the fact is that if Misha Saakashvili were free for 7-10 days, the Georgian people would achieve an unconditional victory - even the last ‘Georgian Dream supporter’ is convinced of this. Before you start making a fuss, look into your hearts, and I think you know that this is true. Likewise, the only unequivocally unbroken, undefeated team of patriots is the United National Movement. Let someone contribute even one-hundredth of what the UNM has contributed in the fight against this ‘plague,’ and then criticize or condemn our party. My unconditional support, solidarity, and love go to my teammates and fellow fighters. Even under these difficult conditions, they are selflessly and steadfastly doing everything within their capabilities - it is impossible not to see this!

Now, something that needs to be looked at and assessed more individually. Many of you will recognize yourselves here, so don’t take offense. I am trying to tell you the truth from a solitary cell. Everyone has become a foreign-policy expert, a geopolitical analyst, or a specialist in international relations. The main thing is to make sure nobody asks them to actually do anything or take action; instead, they analyze what Merz said, what happened at the Macron–Le Pen meeting, what Trump told Kushner, and what shoe size some European official wears. It is all absolute blah-blah! Staged faces, books in the background, and making fools of people, deceiving them into thinking that our fate is decided in Brussels or ‘Ashgabat.’ There is no need even to go live on television anymore - just Coffee, a ‘suit’ over a robe, and off you go, analyzing Maduro, Assad, Putin. I don’t even remember the last time someone complained on air that fuel has reached 4 lari.

1,996,116 people have bank debt, and they are being squeezed officially, in the name of the law! They have taken out loans at 18–22%, and in some cases at 30%!!! 375,188 people cannot repay these loans! They officially cannot repay them, and I have not heard anyone analyzing these issues either! Two 17-year-old children were killed within two months, and even that is barely discussed. Prices of products have supposedly gone down, yet nobody analyzes that either! Hundreds of thousands of people work tirelessly for 400, 600, or 800 lari and still cannot afford enough food - nobody spends time on that either. Drugs have poisoned an entire generation of young people and are leaving them to die - that too is only muttered about, if it is discussed at all. The gambling industry is ‘raking in’ billions by exploiting poor, hopeless, and desperate people - I have not heard anyone discuss that either! Instead: Trump told Kushner this, Macron told Marta Kos that, and so on.

Everyone is an expert and an assessor. But what about action?! What about the people?! What are we doing?! When?! Spring-autumn, ‘the regime is wobbling,’ now we are working and… and?! Now they will turn up their noses and say it has nothing to do with us, they will mutter, ‘Okay, my brother’… Meanwhile, their ambitions are enormous! Boundless! Don’t take offense, but you are quite a ridiculous bunch…

What is happening in ‘the other Georgia’?! The same thing! Over there, too, they analyze how Germany and France have collapsed and what kind of collapse awaits the United States… The same topics there as well, just from a ‘different angle.’

There, too, the main thing is not to talk about, think about, or care for the Georgian people; instead, they will shed tears over Denmark’s democracy.

I genuinely feel sorry for the fighting television channels! They work and fight selflessly, and they are the ones who have to come up with ‘politics’ as well… The ‘talking heads,’ meanwhile, are in waiting mode — waiting for something to happen by itself. They admire Ukraine’s self-sacrifice and its fight for its country, yet here they tolerate Farkhzaladze and Ivanishvili. If given the chance, they will distance themselves from Baramidze while sipping cocoa…

Georgia has become a country of ‘blah-blahers,’ ‘experts,’ comfortable ‘oppositionists,’ and ‘keyboard warriors’ on one side, and dissident, fighting activists on the other. Until we move from talking to action, we will continue complaining on television…
