"Bidzina Ivanishvili is the leader of our political team, which means the team has a strong leader and the country has a strong leader—one who ensures peace and the country's development," Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told journalists.

According to the Head of Government, Bidzina Ivanishvili plays a decisive role in all the achievements attained by Georgia and the ruling team.

"Bidzina Ivanishvili is the Honorary Chairman of our party; he is the team's leader and is active in politics. He is not returning from anywhere; he is already in politics. He plays a decisive role in ensuring our country's security, maintaining peace, and driving our country's progress and development. I know from him that he wishes for things to continue as they are. He is the political leader of the team and, consequently, plays a crucial role in all the achievements of our country and our team. That is the reality. Bidzina Ivanishvili is involved in politics as the leader of our team. He has expressed his will, and that will is known to everyone. Had he wished to be Prime Minister, he would have remained in the post in 2013; however, he acted—and continues to act—in accordance with his own wishes. He is the leader of our political team, which means the team has a strong leader, and the country has a strong leader who ensures its security, peace, and development," the Prime Minister stated.
