According to her, in the event that the Constitutional Court grants the lawsuit, “Lelo” will continue the struggle in the Strasbourg Court.

“I do not know what decision the Constitutional Court will take; if it decides to commit figurative suicide and grant this lawsuit, of course we will continue the struggle in Strasbourg, in the international legal space. I can tell you with certainty that I have full hope that if the Constitutional Court does not come to its senses and reason and does not consider it necessary to itself take measures that will neutralize this legal absurdity and the attempt at a constitutional coup that we are watching today in the Constitutional Court, Strasbourg will give an answer,” Salome Samadashvili stated.
