Rescuers have found the body of a truck driver in Zhinvali water reservoir. As Emergency Situation Management Service told InterPressNews, underwater works are being carried out to bring the body from the water reservoir.

Five teams of rescuers, including divers are trying to bring the body out of water.

A truck and its driver fell into the Zhinvali Reservoir yesterday. Police have launched an investigation into November 14 incident. According to the investigation, one of the private companies is carrying out constriction works on Zhinvali-Tvalivi road and the driver was employed by this company.

The investigation in in progress under Article 276 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, involving a violation of traffic safety rules or rules for operating transport.
