It is unfortunate if Mikheil Saakashvili still has such a reaction to a different opinion and we hear slander and accusations, - one of the leaders of European Georgia Davit Bakradze stated in response to Mikheil Saakashvili's statement.

According to him, it is in the interests of their party that the opposition be united.

"It seems that these statements were caused by Giga Bokeria's criticism of the United National Movement and Mikheil Saakashvili. It is unfortunate if Mikheil Saakashvili still has such a reaction to a different opinion and we hear slander and accusations in response to grounded and thematic criticism. I repeat once again that the opposition needs to be united, as this will be crucial for defeating the government. Ivanishvili's interest is to portray processes as though there are only two options in Georgia: Ivanishvili or Saakashvili. However, the population must know that there are much more options and European Georgia is a distinguished option,” - he stated.
