Protesters put padlock on the fence of governmental administration

Protesters have symbolically put a padlock on the fence of the governmental administration.

Initially the protesters tried to padlock the main entrance, but they were not allowed to do so by the police. Attempts to padlock the gate resulted in clashes between law enforces and protesters several times.

Eventually, the protesters decided to put a padlock on the fence instead of a gate. They say they will continue similar picketing in the future.
