The so-called South Ossetian security council has decided to allow the Akhalgori residents who need emergency and high-tech medical care to cross the Razdakhan checkpoint and enter the territory controlled by the Georgian central government, the South Ossetian media has reported referring to Dina Gasiyeva, spokesperson of de-facto president.
The Ossetian side explains that special conditions will be set for pensioners from Akhalgori who do not have "citizenship of South Ossetia and / or Russia and receive pension payment from Georgia".
