According to Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko, no new cultural center will be opened in Tbilisi and the stir around this issue should be over.

“Such centers were opened in Tbilisi long time ago and they have been working quietly. Nothing new will be opened, so the stir around this issue should be over," Rudenko said this after the 50th round of the Geneva talks.
