A countrywide curfew has taken effect in Georgia today, meaning that citizens will be banned from leaving homes from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am.

“A nationwide quarantine will be declared under the state of emergency and citizens will be banned from moving throughout the country from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am. It means that we are declaring a curfew,” the PM said at the briefing yesterday, adding that the curfew would take effect from 9:00 pm on March 31.
