One new case of COVID-19 has been revealed in the Adjara region - Healthcare Ministry of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara told InterPressNews.
The infected person is a 50 years old Turkish citizen who is a truck driver. At the Healthcare Ministry reports, the infected man had been placed in Batumi "fever center" where he tested positive for the virus.
The Ministry also notes that, upon the request of the infected person, he'll be transported to Turkey.
The active cases in Adjara amount to 7 patients currently.
