According to him, after resigning from the post of Parliament Speaker, Archil Talakvadze will be more actively involved in political debates.

"The future working regime of the parliament requires even more consensus and even more neutrality from the Speaker of the parliament, given its functions. At the same time, Archil Talakvadze, as the distinguished leader of the team, will be more involved in political processes and political debates. The involvement of the Speaker of the Parliament in the political debates is significantly limited, it is limited by the regulations", - said Irakli Kadagishvili.

As Kadagishvili explains, there is no reason to talk about the fact that Archil Talakvadze's resignation may be connected to the signing of Charles Michel's document. According to him, Talakvadze acted in agreement with the team and it was not his sole decision, but a joint decision agreed with the Political Council.
