Elene Khoshtaria on posters against the National Movement and journalists: The mayoral candidate, who is talking about butterflies and greenery, allow all this to happen freely in the city

The City Hall and the mayoral candidate, who is talking about butterflies and greenery, allow all this to happen freely in the city, -Elene Khoshtaria, a candidate for the position of the City Assembly Chairperson, told reporters. This she responded to the emergence of posters against the United National Movement, activists and journalists in the streets of Tbilisi.

As Khoshtaria pointed out, putting up these posters is an insult to the voters and causes the emergence of objects of hatred in the society.

"We have to understand that this is an insult to the society. This is an insult to the voters because according to the soviet traditions, objects of hatred are created for people and thus they try to manipulate people's brains and emotions, which ultimately leads to a very dangerous development of events for the country - hatred. Ending this hatred is the main task. Hatred is devastating for the country.

We have seen how the City Hall behaves when activists, for example, put anti-occupation stickers in the cities. They are chased, hit and fined by the State Security Service, the police," Khoshtaria said.

Posters with the caption "No to the National Movement, no to the evil" have been put up across the capital today. The banners depict: Mikheil Saakashvili, Nika Gvaramia, Nodar Meladze, Davit Kezerashvili, Giga Makarashvili and Giorgi Tabagari, as well as a rainbow.
