The State Security Service has launched an investigation into possible provocations by the United National Movement in Ukraine.
The investigation into the allegations made by Vice Speaker of the Parliament, Gia Volski, that the National Movement is planning to organize certain provocations in Ukraine, was launched under Article 325, Part 1, which stipulates an attack on a state political official.
"In addition, the agency immediately provided the information to the Ukrainian counterparts," InterPressNews was told by SSG.
According to Gia Volski, first Vice Speaker of the Parliament, the National Movement is planning a provocation during the visit to Ukraine and that is why it is not taking part in the delegation. According to him, the Georgian special services provided information to the Ukrainian special services.
