Giuli Alasania: He is mostly in bed, how long can transfusions last for a person that cannot get food?

“He is mostly in bed and is receiving transfusions. As always, he is weak and I know for sure that this cannot last long. How long can these transfusions last for a person that cannot get food? They probably should make a decision, he is asking for help," Mikheil Saakashvili's mother Giuli Alasania told reporters after visiting her son at the Vivamedi clinic.
According to her, Mikheil Saakashvili's treatment is a difficult task for foreign clinics as well and it seems that a special clinic needs to be found where he will be placed for treatment.
"Some step must be taken. Doctors have to sit down and make a decision. The person has a health problem and it has to be solved by doctors. I see a solution in treatment, which is not and cannot be provided. It is a difficult task for foreign clinics as well. It seems that some special clinic needs to be found where he will be placed and he may be saved," Alasania said.
She also responded to the statement of Minister of Justice Rati Bregadze that Mikheil Saakashvili is not diagnosed with any disease that cannot be cured in Georgia.
According to Giuli Alasania, the problems that Mikheil Saakashvili has need more doctors and not lawyers.
