Rati Bregadze: We are really dealing with certain simulations, if the simulation actions aimed at putting pressure on the court are not stopped, we will be forced to release footage

We are really dealing with certain simulations, we have to say it boldly, Minister of Justice, Rati Bregadze, said while talking about Mikheil Saakashvili on Rustavi 2.

According to Bregvadze, there are evidences proving simulation.

"I am not talking about the state of health in this case, although there are certain simulations, of course, and there is evidence for this. We have consciously refrained from such conversation until now, always urging him to comply with the doctors' requests, to carry out full treatment. Unfortunately, we do not see a full treatment and some simulations are taking place.

According to Rati Bregadze, if the simulation actions aimed at putting pressure on the court are not stopped, the agency will be forced to release certain footage.

"There is relevant footage, I can confirm this to you.

We have some evidence that there were cases where this man interfered with the work of doctors and also interfered with the work of the court. We very much avoid talking about all this, but if it becomes necessary for the security of the Georgian people and the state, as well as the international image of Georgia to prove that no one is being tortured in the state, if this simulation is not stopped, which is aimed at pressuring the courts, we will be forced, based on this legitimate aim, to release certain footage", said Rati Bregadze.
