The German government plane, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany on board, landed at the Tbilisi airport only on the second attempt, Spiegel reports.
In the first attempt, the plane failed to land because another plane was blocking the runway.
Spiegel writes that the Airbus A340-300 arriving from Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia, was supposed to land in Tbilisi at 23:00 local time, but landed around 23:20.
According to Spiegel, as a result of the second attempt, the plane landed at the Tbilisi airport without any problems.
