The mentioned decision was made by the judge of Tbilisi City Court Davit Kurtanidze.

At today's trial, the prosecutor's office demanded that the detainee be imprisoned as a preventive measure, while the defense demanded his release in exchange for a 20,000 GEL bail. The judge approved the demand of the prosecutor's office.
