Rati Bregadze: If the issue of re-admission of the Polish doctors is raised again, we will not be able to make a positive decision until we do not have information about the purpose of this type of action that is completely inconsistent with medical, ethical or legal norms

There may be many versions, however, we are trying our best not to allow speculations, and that is why we are still waiting for an appropriate explanation from the Polish side, both the embassy and the doctors, so that maybe they will provide us with information about why they needed it, - Minister of Justice Rati Bregadze said regarding the incident that happened in VivaMedi.

According to him, if the issue of re-admission of these doctors is raised again, "we will not be able to make a positive decision in any case, until we do not have basic information about the purpose of this type of action that is completely inconsistent with medical, ethical or legal norms."

According to the Minister, the fact related to the Polish doctor cannot remain responded.

"We will take appropriate measures and start studying this fact independently. Of course, its legal assessment as well. However, as I told you, we are trying to get an official explanation from the Polish side, because we certainly cannot leave this fact without a proper legal response. As for the reasonable term, there is no specific term defined anywhere, however, we hope that it will not take more than a few days to make an explanation on this matter", Rati Bregadze said on the Public Broadcaster.
