Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze paid an official visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan. Information about this is distributed by the administration of the Government of Georgia.

According to their reports, the head of the government of Georgia was met by the Vice Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Akhmedov and other officials at the international airport named after Heydar Aliyev in Baku.

Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze will be hosted by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev at a face-to-face meeting in the Zagulba Palace, after which the leaders will make statements to the media.

Within the framework of the official visit, a meeting of the Head of the Government of Georgia with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov will be held.

The Prime Minister together with the delegation will honor the memory of the national leader of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev, and lay a wreath at the Eternal Flame Memorial.
