Public Defender: I can't talk about Mikheil Saakashvili's health, although if we compare him physically with what I found during the previous visit, he looks much better today

I can't talk about Mikheil Saakashvili's health, although if we compare him physically with what I found during the previous visit, he looks much better today, - Public Defender Levan Ioseliani told journalists after he visited prisoners, including Mikheil Saakashvili, in the VivaMedi clinic.
As he noted, there was no discussion regarding Saakashvili's return to the penitentiary.
“I visited all the convicts and accused in VivaMedi clinic. I was interested in their health condition. Of course, I also visited Mikheil Saakashvili and talked to him. At least once a year, I go to all penitentiary institutions and see the convicts myself, so this visit was also for that purpose. I can't talk about Mikheil Saakashvili's health, however, if we compare his physical condition to what I saw during the previous visit, he looks much better today. There was no talk about his return to the penitentiary. This is neither my nor the clinic's competence. I received information about his health condition, but I cannot talk about this information publicly. As for the issue related to his transfer, this issue was not even on the agenda.
It was a short meeting, mainly he thanked the Office of the Public Defender for regularly monitoring his condition throughout the year and providing information about it to the public. I told him that from our side, within the framework of our mandate, we will certainly do it not only for him, but for everyone. He did not express any special requests to me, including towards doctors. The other prisoners I spoke to did not say anything critical either. As for the process of transferring prisoners to the treatment facility on time, we write in the report as well that it often takes time," said Levan Ioseliani.
