Then they wanted the topic of apartments, which was like this - because only citizens of Abkhazia can buy real estate in Abkhazia, then we, Russia, will build buildings, that is, apartments with our money and sell them to whoever buys. Ten years later, 110,000 Russian citizens could settle on the territory of Abkhazia.
