"The unprecedentedly strict resolution of the European Parliament was adopted by 444 votes.
To highlight the main ones: new elections with a neutral administration; investigation of elections; Sanctions against Ivanishvili, Papuashvili, Kobakhidze, Gharibashvili, Kaladze and all judges and officials who took part in rigging the elections.

For information, the European Parliament adopted a resolution on Georgia, which was supported by 444 MEPs, 72 voted against it, and 82 abstained.
The document calls on the European Commission to review the visa-free status of Georgia. In addition, the European Parliament demands the ratification of Bidzina Ivanishvili, Irakli Kobakhidze, Kakha Kaladze, Shalva Papuashvili and Irakli Gharibashvili. In addition, the European Parliament believes that the results of the October 26 elections should not be recognized by the international community and calls for the elections to be held again within a year.
