When it comes to the recognition of the government, fair elections were held in Georgia and everyone must accept fair elections and the will of the people. One of the main factors that determined the development of events as they did was that Mikheil Sakaashvili rigged the 2008 presidential elections.

As Kobakhidze noted, large-scale hostilities mean war.

"Unfortunately, the resolution does not mention the Saakashvili regime, it mentions the Georgian side, but I quote it differently - it says this, the conflict has entered the phase of large-scale hostilities. Large-scale hostilities mean war - the conflict has escalated into war, which means that the Saakashvili regime started the war, and this is written in the Council of Europe resolution, which they shamefully signed.
