She urged everyone to be cautious when disseminating information on the mentioned issue.

"I would like to provide you with the latest information about the situation in Khurvaleti. As far as we are informed, the Russian troops have already left the places where they had been deployed today. In addition, the EU Monitoring Mission and the State Security Service of Georgia released statements and denied the arrival of Russian soldiers or construction of any barricade on the territory controlled by the central government of Georgia.

I want to ask everybody, including the media, to be cautious as much as possible under the situation when our territories are occupied. Unfortunately, there are Russian soldiers and our task in this situation is to prevent provocations’, Tsikelashvili said.
