Irakli Okruashvili should explain how he lent a successful businessman USD 7 million as a loan when he was a senior official. As far as I know, he was prosecutor’s general in that period and how he managed to buy the shares of “Rustavi 2”, - Paata Salia, new Director General of “Rustavi 2”, told reporters responding to Irakli Okruashvili’s statements.

According to Paata Salia, Irakli Okruashvili uses a false document.

“Irakli Okruashvili said that he had some levers and it’s also a very interesting statement. He claims that “Rustavi 2” belongs to him and it was purchased with his money and he gained this money using some levers. He has to answer these questions,” Paata Salia said.
