The de facto foreign minister of "South Ossetia" has been refused to enter Austria.

Dimitri Medoyev was not allowed to participate in the research workshop on Regional Cooperation in Eastern Europe due to be held on November 7-10.

The event will be organised by the ministry of defense of Austria.

The issues of Abkhazia, "South Ossetia" and Karabakh are the issues of the workshop and Dimitri Medoyev was going to deliver a report on South Ossetia: History and Modern Realities.
