So-called Perevi-Kardzmani checkpoint reopened

The so-called Perevi-Kardzmani checkpoint has been reopened today. Citizens are able to leave the occupied territories and enter the territory controlled by the Georgian authorities. They say many people wanted to visit their relatives on holidays.
