French Ambassador says “borderization" increases risks of destabilization and hardship for local populations

Diego Colas, Ambassador of France to Georgia, has responded to the May 28 meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council, which discussed Russia's illegal actions in the occupied regions of Georgia.

“In view of yesterday's OSCE PC discussion, France wants to restate its position against ongoing "borderization" activities along the ABL with the Georgian region of South Ossetia/Tsinkhvali reg, risking destabilization and hardship for local populations”, the Ambassador tweeted.
