Irakli Kobakhidze: The technical and national consent Government are formed after the coup d'etat of the junta - Sigua, Kitovani and Ioseliani formed a technical government, now Makarashvili, Gigauri and Lomjaria want to do the same

The technical and national consent Government, as a rule, are formed after the coup d'etat of the junta, Irakli Kobakhidze, the chairman of the Georgian Dream said on PalitraNews TV.

According to Irakli Kobakhidze, the formation of a technical Government means that the country will be "handed over to people without public legitimacy."

"According to the constitutional order, which is established in Georgia, and which is a classic parliamentary government (that operates in almost all European countries), all ministers are politicians and they must have political and popular legitimacy. In this Government, for example, Nino Lomjaria being PM, as they imagine it, which has already been talked about by the leaders of the National Movement, as well as by the leaders of their satellites, including the leaders of Shame, means that the country should be handed over to people without public legitimacy. This is a direct violation of the constitutional order enshrined in the Constitution of Georgia.

The technical and national consent Government, as a rule, are formed after the coup d'etat of the junta, they also express their intention here. We remember this in 1992, before the new parliamentary elections. Sigua, Kitovani and Ioseliani formed a technical Government. Now Makarashvili, Gigauri and Lomjaria want to do the same, and of course we will not be able to return to the past of 1992," Irakli Kobakhidze said
