The Minister will probably present statistics, but the best statistic is a refrigerator that a person has, who knows that s/he is able to buy less and less products for his/her children with his income, Paata Manjgaladze, a member of Strategy Builder, told journalists when commenting on the hearing of the Minister of Economy in the Minister's Hour format.

According to him, the prices are increasing, but the income of the employed people is not increasing and the citizens are getting poorer, and employment is also a problem.

"The real statistics is that 80,000 people leave Georgia every year and emigrate, not only because they cannot work, but also because they have no hope, that Georgian Dream will change something in this direction. Therefore, the main issue is poverty and unemployment. This is because of the fact that the concern of Georgian Dre­am is not to solve the problems of citizens, but to protect Ivanishvili's billions and his interest. Their main concern is Bidzina Ivanishvili, to somehow save him from sanctions. Of course, the Minister of Economy can't answer our questions, he will just provide statistics, but the best statistics and barometer is a refrigerator that a person has, who knows that with his/her income s/he is able to buy less and less products for his/her children," Manjgaladze said.
