VR Holding has purchased up to 40 hectares of land with a coastline of 1,200 meters in Shekvetili.

On the Black Sea coastline, Shekvetili is distinguished by the ecologically healthiest environment, the natural healing factors of which are:

• Coastal humid subtropical and ionized air
• Seashore with healing properties
• Perennial pine trees that fill the air with alpine aromas and create a healing effect.

The Paragraph Hotel, Tsitsinatela entertainment space, BLACK SEA ARENA concert hall, Dendrological Park, Miniatures Park and Musicians Park are located in the vicinity of the plot of land.
