Estonian President: People of Georgia have chosen their path and it leads to Europe - important to continue work on 12 reform priorities

A telephone conversation took place between the Presidents of Georgia and Estonia.

As Estonian President Alar Karis said, he told the President of Georgia that Estonia supports Georgia on its European path.

“People of Georgia have chosen their path and it leads to Europe. Estonia supports Georgia on this path, I said in a phone call with the President of Georgia Zourabichvili. Important to continue work on 12 reform priorities laid out by the European Commission”, he tweeted.

The President of Georgia also tweeted about the telephone conversation.

“During our phone conversation earlier today, President Karis reiterated Estonia’s support for Georgia's European path, a path historically chosen by the Georgian people”, she wrote.
