Sanctioning judges without evidence is unacceptable, and when, on the basis of this, the creator of the bloody judicial system, National Movement demands the resignation of judges, it is not even correct to comment on it, the chairman of Georgian Dream, Irakli Kobakhidze, said.

According to him, the Georgian side is still demanding evidence from America, on the basis of which the four Georgian judges were sanctioned, although the United States Ambassador to Georgia, Kelly Degnan, "does not consider the Georgian people worthy" to present evidence.

"We still ask for evidence, however, we see that the Ambassador does not consider the Georgian society worthy to present evidence related to the sanctioning of 4 judges, which is, of course, categorically unacceptable. This is a wrong attitude towards the Georgian society, towards the Georgian government. Georgian judges cannot be sanctioned without evidence. This is our principle position. Therefore, as a matter of principle, we still demand evidence from her side, although she is still silent in this regard," said Kobakhidze.
