According to Revaz Javelidze, the head of the governmental administration, Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Gharibashvili has never traveled at the expense of the state during a private visit.

According to him, the Prime Minister has not violated the law.

"The Prime Minister of Georgia has never traveled at the expense of the state during a private visit. And he is not going to do it in the future. He has not violated the law of Georgia. He has the right to use the government board and he has the right to state protection. Anzor Chubinidze made a rather extensive statement about this and the campaign that is going on today is slanderous, false and a lie. It was a private visit of the Prime Minister of Georgia and he is responsible for the expenses related to this visit," said Revaz Javelidze while talking to Imedi TV.

For information, according to TV Pirveli, Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili used a governmental plane for a personal visit.

In response, Governmental Stratcom said that the flight by which the Prime Minister flew to Munich was commercial and the Prime Minister's travel or any other expenses were not paid from the state budget.

In addition, the Governmental Stratcom explained that the plane by which the Prime Minister traveled to Munich was on the balance sheet of the Special State Protection Service, which had full rights to receive income from, among others, commercial and private individuals.
