As the Chairman of the Parliament notes, a meeting was held in the Kakheti region with the ambassadors of the European Union and its member states in a friendly, informal environment.

“As Georgia is waiting for European Council’s decision on granting candidate status, we had friendly informal discussion with ambassadors of EU and its member states in Kakheti’s Kardenakhi village on achievements, challenges and plans of Georgia’s EU membership path. Grateful to the European diplomats for their efforts and looking forward to intensive partnership along the road”, he tweeted.
